Our approach to each individual client varies depending on their requirements. We can be flexible and adapt to each scenario but generally, the key to a successful project begins with a solid understanding of the client needs.

Usually, the project lifecycle will begin with engaging the key stakeholders, encouraging them to assist us in pinpointing the fundamentals of the system, documenting the results of the scoping exercise.

We prefer to work closely with team delivering the project in an agile approach. This ensures a timely& delivery of key functionality to user.

Training is supplied following the implementation and additional support is provided during the transition of system go live, ensuring that the system is fully adopted by the users.

Centauri also offers continuing support to our clients through an established help desk facility. An opportunity to review new features and functionality along with periodic system reviews to make sure that the system is continuing to deliver return on investment.

As the Co-founder and Director of Centauri, I’m passionate about helping clients to unlock the full potential of their business by implementing, customising and developing integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. By utilising the full capabilities of this market-leading CRM solution, I’m able to give clients the complete set of tools they need to monitor, evaluate and interact with their customers at every stage of their unique customer lifecycle.

With two decades of experience in the IT sector, both in Australia and the UK, I’ve spent the past 13 years working extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, accumulating an unrivalled level of knowledge and experience that can maximise the potential of this platform for our clients. Having worked with clients in a range of industries from finance, retail, education and not-for-profit member organisations, I have the unique ability to understand the needs of businesses, enabling me to develop CRM solutions that are tailored to your business’ current and future needs

John Anderton - Co Founder

John is the co-founder of Centauri, whilst also the founder and CEO of Butterfly, a tech development agency that works with medium size enterprises, government and start-ups.

Butterfly has been recognised as the Best Agency 20+ staff at the Melbourne Design Awards, and won many other awards include the Sydney Design Award (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and Melbourne Design Awards (2012, 2013, 2015, 2016) and inclusion in the BRW Fast 100 list multiple times.

As Co-founder of Centauri, and my skills around business management, I have a unique perspective on assisting clients using technology to improve organisations and society.
